Thorough inspection, Paul explained everything about the septic system as he worked which was reassuring. Very fair pricing. I feel good knowing they are available if we have any problems and will remind us when we need to have it pumped out again. Highly recommend.

Needed urgent and long overdue services for a client in Red Rock. Fix Family did a thorough job locating and clearing the septic. From the receptionist to the technicians that came out to do the work, it was a smooth and professional process. They stayed in communication and showed up when they promised. Fantastic experience with this local, family owned company. My morning yesterday got off to a rough start, after hearing water in the basement after flushing a toilet. The main line was backing up into the basement. I’d had some septic concerns, so I called Fix Family Enterprises and Paul was at our house an hour later.
