Fix factory repaired the severely cracked screen on my Surface Pro 6. They picked it up from my house and brought it back repaired in just a couple hours later. They were very efficient, communicated well and the repair looks great.
I paid for a screen replacement and screen protector on iPhone XR on July 17 2026. As I was swiping on the screen the next day, both the screen and protector cracked. This is very disappointing. The products were defective. Didn’t even last 24 hours.contacted the company they advised there is nothing they can do because it’s physical damage which was not so we are out of luck.i got very rude response and they told me not to contact them anymore. The wurst service I’ve ever received.
