e-mailed them late at night and was able to book for early the next morning. they showed up on time and fixed my phone in less than 30 minutes. great communication and service all around!
Had my s22 ultra fixed by Ron. He was fast and efficient. Did a amazing job and even went above and beyond the call of service to help me out!! Techs there are very knowledgeable. They are friendly and reliable. I 10/10 recommend fix factory for any of your phone repair needs
Great experience. Tech was fast, even came out to my work to do the fix on the spot.
Ron was very supportive the entire way through of the fix (I had to book multiple appointments for different material). It felt like they expedited my appointments in relation to my availability (I live out of town, and they scheduled around when I’d be in town and off work with ease), and made themselves available both on same-day-booking as well as when materials were shipped (also quickly). Ron was prompt and knowledgeable and easy going in every interaction. So grateful for this experience and a reliable phone again!
