Three days for a diagnostics. Then when I tried to pick my phone up they said they couldn’t give me my phone as is so I can take it to apple. Terrible customer service. I called somewhere else and they said 15 mins for a diagnostics, and two hours for repair. I’m glad to hear that you were able to issue a refund due to your staff’s poor customer service.
