My wife's laptop power button was broken and repair through the manufacturer involved shipping, a long wait and big expense with no guarantee of success. Pulling data off the laptop was another recourse we explored but it was not faster or cheaper. We are so glad Willie could replace the power button in less time and cost than expected.
