paid $ 192.00 cash for iphone 8 screen protector and broken glass screen, it was very pricey that is the price you pay for quick service, with that said , we went to eat dinner in courtyard and my son notice the screen protector was cracked, we tried to go back but they were already closed, they give a 7 day warranty but it is too far to drive back for me, just check thoroughly what you had fixed and especially with dim lighting. Very dis-satisfied with cheap materials they used with a high price tag
They used to be good before but now i dont know what happened i think new owners they suck take your repair some place else because the guy told me 30 minutes got my phone fixed after 2 hours then i had problem with front camera they blamed supposedly it was like that which was not anyways never again will i go this guys!!!!!! Stay away !!! I rather keep my phone with a broken screen.
Use another fix it place. The guy that worked on my phone, took over an hour to do a 15 min job, left screws out of my phone AND, blamed me for having a broken phone after the screen stopped working after a few days. Took it upstairs to ifix and repair, the guy there fixed the mistake in the first screen install and now my phone screen works fine. Oh and he took 15 min, did it right in front of me and gave me a 30 day warranty.
Stopped at their kiosk on a whim to compare the cost of replacing the cracked screen of my iPhone 7. The tech quoted $120 what ch was considerably less than Apple. The phone and all it’s buttons were perfectly functional, no problems at all, just the cracked screen so we told them to go ahead and do it. Huge mistake!!! The tech didn’t tell us up front that they would not be responsible if they damaged the phone during the repair, and shame on us for assuming that they ethically would be.
