Great place
I had my first ever bike service at this location last summer. The manager (Tev) and one bike tech were really helpful and friendly. However, on a different day, I dropped in to ask about my current service and I spoke to a guy with shoulder length blond hair. He was so incredibly rude, demeaning, and threatening for absolutely no reason, I walked out of the store shaking. Great coffee, great people (knowledgeable, kind, friendly). Cant get much better!
I will start off by saying my other experiences outside of today at Fix have been amazing because majority of their staff are so warm and incredible. I’ve had lovely conversations with them and them in addition to the quality of their coffee, they have made the positive experiences. However on the other side of the coin, that is in fact what made today’s experience so poor and I don’t think i’ll return back. The barista wearing glasses and gray hair seems really bothered by serving you coffee. Very unpleasant feeling.
