Overall I've had good experiences with the shop, especially with their service manager Tev, who handled a recent issue with professionalism and care. While one visit didn’t go as expected, I appreciated how it was addressed and resolved after the fact.
If you’re looking for overpriced coffee and trendy vibes, this shop might be your thing. But if you need actual bike repair beyond inflating tires, go somewhere else. I brought my bike in for ghost shifting. They charged a crazy amount, replaced the cassette and chain — and the issue remained. They said it was good to ride. I recently bought a bike from here and they’ve been truly A1. It was an unbiased, honest opinion for what I was looking for which I truly value. Ron, Haydn, and Adrianna are the best, their service and expertise are spot on and truly give it their all and it really shows. If you’re looking for a bike I’d recommend going here, especially if it’s for a Blanchi!
