Extremely bad faith
Terrible experience and a complete waste of our time. I called ahead and specifically explained that my e-bike had a flat rear tire with the motor in the wheel. They said they can fix it and told me to bring it in. We walked the heavy e bike for 30 minutes in the rain because I needed it fixed for Monday, only to get there and be told they don't work on those bikes. This was their mistake, yet they took zero accountability. Very disappointing customer service. Never going back.
