Excellent customer service and quality repair. My car required bumper repair after a small collision, Fix Auto Leeds North managed this in August 2025. FIX AUTO - SHADY / ILLEGAL PRACTICES DO NOT GO THERE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS / REPAIRS Fix Auto is involved in shady practices with TD Insurance. My vehicle was involved in a minor collision resulting in a minor damage to driver side front fender. The damage was so minor that I could have fixed it at home. Stopped in to get a quick estimate on a scrape I managed to deliver to my car and fully prepared for the bad news. Turns out I needed no repair and the damage was quickly removed by a miracle chemical that eliminated the scrape with the wipe of a cloth. Fix Auto made my day! Highly recommend the team who provided absolutely the best customer service.
I recently had to use Fix Auto in Strathmore as my truck was hit in the parking lot at work and not drivable, every single one of the staff there were absolutely amazing.Not only did they help me get into a rental right away but they also helped with the fight on our insurance company.
