I was very impressed with the customer service from Mari and Adrian and the work done. Everyone was polite and professional. I never felt like this was just another job for them. Mari made all the administrative stuff a breeze. This was covered by my insurance. She took care of my rental car and had great communication through the entire process. I cannot even tell the car was involved in a collision. I'm very pleased.
On 4th Feb I delivered my vehicle to FIX Windsor Central for damage repair after receiving a fair quote for an agreed scope and timing of work. The work completed was of good quality and inside the quoted timing. Mary in particular was professional, efficient and friendly. I would strongly recommend this FIX location for vehicle repair requirements.
