Went to get an estimate on my car for damage that was self inflicted only to be told that they charge £35 for estimates unless it us insurance. Although this fee was deducted from the job should you choose to use them, until I knew what the price was I would not know if the price was going to be good or bad. The service I received from the reception and front-of-house staff was nothing short of exceptional. Paula, in particular, was incredibly friendly and accommodating—she answered all of my questions and really helped put me at ease throughout the process. A tree fell onto my car in 2021 due to storm Arwen and fix auto Wigan did not fix it properly. It was really rickerdy and everything, they gave me the wrong parts on the bumper and everything. I’m not happy at all. If it wasn’t for fix auto I would have still had that car to this day.
Excellent service. My car was damaged in an accident and my insurance recommended this garage. Communication was great and they collected my car from home and delivered it back looking like new. Friendly and polite staff made the experience stress free.
