Very professional outfit, with a prompt response once I had been in touch with my insurance company. The damage was assessed and I booked the car in. Repairs were excellent, and when I picked the car up it had been valeted. Customer Service was also efficient, friendly and thorough. I cannot recommend Fix Auto more for making what could have been a stressful experience quite the opposite.
Superb repair shop. Welcoming team that’s quick and efficient. They did the repair to a top quality and went above and beyond. Glad I found them tucked away in West Kensington.

These guys did some paint and repair work to my BMW 3 series over the last couple of days and I have to say a huge thank you to the team for looking after my car and doing such a fantastic job from when they received it to when I collected it fully cleaned and valeted. I have absolutely no complaints and will be highly recommended them to friends and family. Well done guys and keep up the good work.
Fix Auto West Kensington are truly as good as everyone says they are. My van went in with paint work damage in the morning and came out, believe it or not, with some respray included, in the afternoon. It looked super, too. Very happy.
