Worked seamlessly with insurance, did a fantastic job with the repairs.
This is directed at user masood gulbahari. I hope they see this. It's actually really good they changed your valve cap. I had some of the metal ones like your original. Over a winter they corroded to the point that they were basically sealed to the valve stem and couldn't be removed. I had to get an expensive repair. The shop actually did you a favour - but should have communicated with you and given you the option and/or returned your metal cap.
Mark was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to help me understand my situation. He was honest, patient, and made me feel like he truly cared about helping rather than just rushing me through. It’s hard to come across someone with that level of integrity and customer service these days. 1 star because at least they got the white paint colour right. Went through insurance to get my car door fixed after an accident. They told me 6 days, took over 10. When I got my car back the door wiring for the lights was all messed up, the paint had been scratched, my door was unaligned, they scratched parts on the inside of my car while attempting to put the door back together. & are arguing with me about a wrong weather strip.
