This is directed at user masood gulbahari. I hope they see this. It's actually really good they changed your valve cap. I had some of the metal ones like your original. Over a winter they corroded to the point that they were basically sealed to the valve stem and couldn't be removed. I had to get an expensive repair. The shop actually did you a favour - but should have communicated with you and given you the option and/or returned your metal cap.
Mark was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely took the time to help me understand my situation. He was honest, patient, and made me feel like he truly cared about helping rather than just rushing me through. It’s hard to come across someone with that level of integrity and customer service these days.
