AVOID AT ALL COSTS, POOR WORK AND COMMUNICATION! I am extremely dissatisfied with both the quality of work and the lack of aftercare from this garage. My BMW 4 Series was returned to me after an insurance repair with numerous issues. I raised this promptly and allowed the garage the opportunity to rectify the issues. I had a very disappointing experience with this garage. My vehicle stayed with them for a long period without any clear completion date, and I was repeatedly given unclear and changing information about the repair progress. As the vehicle is my work taxi, the delay caused me significant financial loss and I was left without income for weeks. Communication was poor and I had to constantly chase updates myself. Excellent service from Fix Auto Walsall. Jaz and Shabana provided outstanding customer service throughout — friendly, professional, and extremely efficient. I dropped my car off on 23 December after a hit and run while it was parked and despite the Christmas/New Year period and the fact that the entire front panel needed replacing, they completed the work earlier than expected and returned my car to me on New Year’s Eve.
