Took my truck to them in Fall 2024. Guy took pictures for prepping a quote. ($3K-4k in damage). Called back 3 times to ask for quote and never received call backs or follow through. I don’t understand a business model that doesn’t seem to want your business or to treat people kindly who want to give you money? Not cool.
Extremely bad experience dealing with fix auto Truro and do not recommend them for anything bodywork related. From the start we experienced poor customer service. Staff do not set realistic expectation’s of timings and often do not call you when they say they will. After the first time getting our vehicle back ( 2+ months later ) the “new” bumper, side panel, as well as washer fluid assembly were all installed improperly. I'm only giving 1 star because 0 isn't possible. Do not ever,ever,ever go here they recommend Daniel Cole from DC Dents for a pebble size dent repair $150 job. He completely screwed up my paint job and hood. Even with him admitted it was his fault he screwed up, he said he would take care of it get an estimate. Now he's blocked me won't return any calls, txt msg. And fix auto oh thats to bad, they did nothing. Don't ever , ever, use Daniel Cole from DC Dents, you'll regret it like I did and be left with a bill to fix yoursel... read more
Had an unexpected issue on the way to an appt in Halifax. Stopped in and Trevor had me fixed up and back on the road in no time. Great people!
