Had brought Tesla model 3 here & Vehicle repair looks as if nothing happened very good job on repair much appreciated. Staff was very helpful with estimate price along with drop off and pick up instructions & notifying me on how long repair would take in total & would nave notified me It needed if have needed more time I approve thanks for making process of repair very easy for being first time having to bring vehicle into shop for repair. I am amazed at the great care and exemplary customer service at Fix Auto Temple City. A few weeks ago, an Amazon truck backed into my front bumper. So frustrating. The only good part of this whole experience was meeting Jenny and Johnny. They are kind, empathetic, professional and really want to HELP you.
