I had my Tesla repaired at FIX Auto, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The accident caused two blown tires, damaged rims, and damage to the side skirt and bumper. Chris, who handled my case, was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. From drop-off to pick-up took about 8 days (repair time may vary depending on damage severity). I rarely leave reviews but I will for this time. I had an amazing experience with Fix auto, and a huge shoutout to Johnny. He was absolutely wonderful to work with. From start to finish, the communication was clear (I always received updates via texts and calls). My Lexus RX 450h had a busted tire, and after filing a claim with GEICO, I was referred here, I was skeptical at first tbh, but I’m so glad I was directed here.
