I’ve had my Mercedes repaired here twice now and both experiences were great. As a Mercedes certified shop they clearly know what they’re doing. There are plenty of certified shops closer to me, but I chose to make the longer drive to them, and they didn’t let me down. Had my car fixed with Fix Auto and had a great experience with them. They were very helpful and and understanding to my situation. My Tesla Model Y was fixed very quickly and looked brand new when I got it back. They are the only Tesla certified body shop in Temple City that I know of and will use OEM parts for anything that needs to be replaced. I will definitely come back if I need anything else fixed and highly recommend them.
Good service! After I told them I was leaving country 2 days before their estimated time, they got it done a week early. Additionally I picked up my car preparing to deep clean it cause it was honestly getting gross but I was pleasantly surprised to find it that they had deep cleaned it for me
