I stopped by this garage about 6 weeks ago, to get an estimate for a minor paint repair from a scrape on the side of my car. They took pictures and all kinds of personal information. I was told they would email me an estimate. A week later I stopped by again and was again told they were busy and they would email me an estimate. Still nothing 6 weeks later. I get it that my repair is a small job, but if you don't want to do the work at least have the courtesy to tell me.
Had my vehicle bumper and radiator replaced at Fixauto in Welland. Simon was very helpful both with installation and customer service. He has quite the mechanics knowledge to explain what work went on my vehicle and freely answered any questions I had. Will recommend him 100%. He even put together a specialty coffee while I waited at the front. Great welcoming experience.

Fix Auto did an amazing job on my front end after I was hit by loose debris. Repairs took a little longer than I had hoped by the outcome made up that difference. The staff were also great to deal with. The icing though was the interior detailing that was done before returning it!! Very impressed!!
Owner shouldn't be doing a review on his own business
This week I had a problem with the rubber strip that sits in the rails at the top of my RAV 4. It was coming loose and I was afraid that the wind would pick it up and toss it away when I was traveling to Coaldale from Lethbridge.
