Got my car fixed up after an accident. Raj was super amazing and kind and helped make the process easy!
Fix Auto did an excellent job on my vehicle. The overall service was great, but what impressed me the most was the cleanliness of the car. The young technician who cleaned it did an amazing job and made the car look completely brand new, inside and out. The attention to detail was excellent, and I was very happy with the final result. Highly recommended!
Mohammeds work and attitude is Garbage he painted my bumper on a Honda Crv the paint didnt match and he got white paint all over my black trim i had to clean off myself the car was in an accident I hit a deer and there was internal damage that he didnt fix... he blamed it on a previous accident and told me if he knew it was in an accident he wouldn't have even done the work Which is BS bc he had all the previous photos and vin no before he started. Extremely disappointed.This body shop showed a complete lack of respect for my vehicle.After the repairs were completed ,my car was returned in an absolutely filthy conditions ,covered in dust ,dirt.It looked like cleanliness and customer satisfaction were the last thing on their minds.I was handed back a car that look like it had been sitting in a workshop for weeks without anyone caring enough to wipe it down before delivery.Its unacceptable that a customer has to clean there own vehicle.
