Have used Fix Auto a couple of times for bodywork repairs now. Both times the quality of workmanship has been outstanding and repairs completed at the quoted timescale. Repairs went through various insurers, but the invoiced price was also very reasonable.
7/2/25 Having had my car for 10 days, not all repair work was carried out. This was after emailing to confirm this work was included in the quote. Showed no concern or offered a solution to this but had no issues taking my £5000 10/2/25 Despite a reply stating customer services would contact me, they haven’t.
I have used Fix Auto Stevenage for many years and have seen them grow into an exceptional company delivering superb customer service and high quality repairs
