Unfortunately, my truck was parked there for over a week waiting for assessment. When I went to pick it up it was parked in the middle of an auxiliary lot with my tonneau cover unlatched, folded up, bent and one the levers are broken. Cover doesn’t fit snug anymore. Staff have been ignorant and dismissive on the matter.
Had no choice but to go here because of my insurance. I definitely won't be going back. My experience was sub-par to say the least.
Our "repairs" needed to be repaired. There were pieces missing, scratches on the new pieces that were just installed as well as other areas of the car, keys left in our vehicle while it was unattended on their lot. On a positive note, their lot attendants were friendly and personable.
They were great people to deal with. Wish I didn't have to go there but the service and work done on my car was fabulous. Thank you!
