Great service from Andrea and the rest repair people on Kenmount Rd last November. My new van looks new again after some one drove into the back of it at a crosswalk. Bit slow writing the review.
I just had my Volkswagen Atlas fixed through Fix Auto St.john's, and I honestly cannot say enough good about my experience. Someone backed into my car in a parking lot, $7500 worth of damage and the job they did was just absolutely phenomenal. They went above and beyond and did more than they even needed to. And even detailed my car inside and out. As a mom of 3 and a 4th child in my care at the moment, I have 4 in boosters and car seats and I needed a 7-8 seater rental. Unfortunately, my truck was parked there for over a week waiting for assessment. When I went to pick it up it was parked in the middle of an auxiliary lot with my tonneau cover unlatched, folded up, bent and one the levers are broken. Cover doesn’t fit snug anymore. Staff have been ignorant and dismissive on the matter.
Had no choice but to go here because of my insurance. I definitely won't be going back. My experience was sub-par to say the least.
Our "repairs" needed to be repaired. There were pieces missing, scratches on the new pieces that were just installed as well as other areas of the car, keys left in our vehicle while it was unattended on their lot. On a positive note, their lot attendants were friendly and personable.
