I was on my way home to the U.S. on the highway and heard a scraping sound from my rear tires. Thankfully, I was able to find Fix Auto on my way to help me. Jamie Werstoh was very helpful and caring to figure out quickly what the issue was, fix it and reassure me that I can safely make it home. I had a rough week and it brought me calm to know that my half day drive ahead was safe. Thank you Jamie!
Just wanted to thank Fix Auto for making a very unfortunate situation very manageable. Nobody wants a damaged car but if you end up with one, this is the place that will make it all better. Greg, Sharon and all the staff were friendly, understanding and accommodating. Rental car was all set up for us. The repair work that they did was amazing and the car was sparkling clean on pick up. Greg definitely went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and that the car was fixed right!! I would give them 10 Stars
I recently had my car repaired at Fix Auto with Jamie’s help after a rear-end accident, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Jamie was professional, honest, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He handled everything quickly and made sure the repairs were done to a high standard.
1.000 dolar quote on a little chip damage caused by luggage on the trunk. Clearly they want to rip you off!
Giving a quick shout-out to the staff at Fix Auto in St.Catharines. They did an outstanding job of repairing door damage on my 2007 Ford Taurus. The workmanship was second to none, and as an added bonus, they thoroughly cleaned my vehicle inside and out. Everyone I encountered there was courteous and professional. Would highly recommend this shop to everyone. Great experience from start to finish. Thanks, much appreciated.
