Excellent customer service and quality repair. My car required bumper repair after a small collision, Fix Auto Leeds North managed this in August 2025. They provided helpful communication about the plan for my car repair and the process in regard to insurance and courtesy car. This was maintained throughout in a professional but friendly manner that gave me assurance about the work underway. FIX AUTO - SHADY / ILLEGAL PRACTICES DO NOT GO THERE FOR INSURANCE CLAIMS / REPAIRS Fix Auto is involved in shady practices with TD Insurance. My vehicle was involved in a minor collision resulting in a minor damage to driver side front fender. The damage was so minor that I could have fixed it at home. As directed by TD, the car was dropped at Fix Auto. After 3-days TD declared the vehicle Salvage and offered extremely low value. I refused to accept the resolution.
