Worst experience ever! Have never had such poor customer service. I wouldn't even care if the actual work was good. Paint was peeling and huge gaps between trunk lid and panels. Was told 4 to 6 weeks ended up being 2+months. Ive taken it back to "fix" there mistakes and was given back even worse. I won't take it back a third time. I will definitely be going somewhere else to fix there mistakes
My car looks like new. They kept me posted every few days about the status of my car. I not only got calls but text messages. They gave me a 3 week repair estimate but it only took 10 days, the parts came in super quick. Great people to work with and very professional. They have night drop but you have to come back to walk the damage and sign paperwork before they can work on your car.
They have done work on my car twice and both times were great.
The work was fantastic. All of the staff were so kind and knowledgeable. They handled all the communication with my insurance. I am 100% satisfied.
