Amazing customer service!! I was rear ended a few weeks ago, and that is who insurance recommended I go to for repairs to my bumper. The people there have been so nice. They have contacted me to keep me updated the whole way. I went in to pick up my car and we noticed the paint color was off from the rest of the car. Great and efficient service! Did great work and had my bumper cover repaired from a fender bender in two days. They work great with their associations with Horace Mann insurance and Enterprise. Pretty seemless service!
Had a great service at Fix Auto. My car had rusty screws, that hold the license plate, and had fused to the fastener. Previously, I had the car taken to another shop, but they gave up on the issue midway. They sent me to another location, but they didn't do that kind of fix. But I was lucky to pass by Fix Auto, and they were able to get at the root of the issue through thorough observation, communicated the problem, and found a solution at no charge. Great service all around Fix Auto. I'm grateful
