Great business in Sonora, great people, excellent work and ahead of schedule
I had such a heart touching experience at Fix Auto this past week with their crew I had to share. I came in to see if they could help me with a mini fender bender from a friend that was taking me home from the ER the night prior, they didn’t see the dark blue car parked next to us and barely swiped it. Enough to leave noticeable marks on my 22 white Highlander though. I financially don’t have the extra $500 for my deductible. Outstanding customer service,a clean and organized shop and best of all my truck was done about a week earlier than what was estimated, when I drove away from the shop it was like the day I bought my truck and drove it for the first time. Highly recommend Fixit Auto.
We had a great experience with Fix Auto! The front desk was very nice and professional. The owner helped us with the walk through & the process was quick and easy. We were informed via text message during the process from beginning to end. When we picked up our truck, it was a quick & easy process! The repairs on our truck were well done, we are very satisfied with the experience at Fix!
