Very unprofessional experience. We arranged to drop off our car for repair and were told over the phone that we could bring it until 5:00 PM. When we arrived at 4:30 PM, a receptionist ran outside, started yelling that they were already closing, and refused to take the car. She claimed there was no appointment and that she had called but no one answered — which is simply not true.
