So nice to have a "Certified" auto boy shop in this area. My case was unique to say the least. My 2 year old truck got splattered with latex paint from front to back, under and above, mostly on the driver's side. From the insurance company, Leslie, Rhonda, general manager, and anyone who put a hand on the vehicle ; nothing short of professional, kind, and caring. The quality of work to make sure that the truck was back in its new condition was nothing but the best. Thank you, this client is ever so GRATEFUL!!!
Brought my Kia Soul into Fix Auto in Sierra Vista, AZ. When I called, they set up an appointment right away to get my car into the queue. They also coordinated with a local car rental business to have me picked up. The two people I interacted with were Rhonda and Leslie. Both were great to work with. Kept me informed of the progress throughout. Picked up the car yesterday and it looks brand new. A little too early to comment on the workmanship, but I have high expectations that everything will be fine.
The staff at Fix Auto was amazing! From my first phone call to my first visit the staff was personable, caring, professional and cool! Although I never met anyone in the back, the work they performed was flawless! My car looked new again after a side swipe from front to rear. I can't talk about prices because my service was a USAA claim. If you take your business anywhere else, don't get pissed off about the outcome if its less than perfect!
