Brought my Subaru Forester into Fix Auto in Sierra Vista, AZ. This is the second time I have used this Fix Auto shop. First time, we brought our car based on our insurance company’s recommendation (USAA). The second time, we brought it to Fix Auto because we were so pleased with the prior service. Fantastic shop that ranks amongst the best in the industry. They have fixed several of my cars to better than new. Paint and body work is always top notch. They even wash the exterior and interior before turning it back over! I’d like to specifically call out Rhonda at the front desk. She runs a very tight ship and always delivers high quality. I am very satisfied with the results and the customer service I was provided. Very professional from beginning to end! I was kept informed every step of the way about the progress done to my vehicle. There were issues. It took several days longer and the extra work i payed for out of pocket wasn't great. They discounted it which was appreciated but I would have rather had the job done correctly. I know some of the parts were hard to find but that is why it was estimated at 3 weeks. It took 3 weeks and 5 plus days. That is a looong time with out ones vehicle. I wish I could give them a better score.
