Our vehicle was damaged in a collision. Based on an excellent past experience with Fix Auto in Sherwood Park, we insisted that our insurance company use them again. Our vehicle repair was supposed to be completed on May 29, 2026. I had to call on June 3 to find out the status. I was told the car was complete. This family run very clean auto repair business does it all. They deal with collisions and autobody plus mechanical. You can tell from the cars parked outside. But for my purposes, I had small repairs I wanted done and Matthew and the receptionist took care of that beautifully, though a full auto-body quote was provided, too, for some front bumper/fender issues. The staff at Fix Auto Sherwood Park are great. The communication was clear and concise, and they were happy to elaborate on any questions I had without making me feel like I was stupid or wasting their time. The pricing was fair and they were able to get the work done quickly. My vehicle was clearly respected as it was returned clean.
