Amazing customer service and honest and direct communication. My vehicle ended up being a total loss but would take my vehicles to them again hands down. Highly recommend them.
Scott and his team offer her amazing service and Scott really pride himself in being able to prepare and answer. Any questions about the whole process required to restore and repair your vehicle. I highly recommend Fix Auto Sherwood North. I have known Scott now for well over a year and I couldn’t speak more highly of his character.

My insurance company referred me here. It was convenient as I live in Sherwood Park and the ladies in the front (Jacqui and Desiree) were wonderful to deal with. The paint job was matched with the rest of the vehicle and the repairs looked great. More than satisfied with the work completed. They took their time, yet, finished ahead of schedule.
This shop was very easy to deal with. The whole process went very smoothly. It was nice to be able to deal with the owner as it shows me that he cares about his business. As far as the repair goes, there were only minor issues that I could address myself which saved me a trip back. I appreciate that they would have gladly taken care of them for me but as a retired collision repair technician of 47 years I didn't mind going over everything myself and making the necessary tweeks.
