I was 100% completely satisfied with the repairs on my Cadillac. Also, I want to thank Fix’s outstanding customer service as they might be the best in town for any business. I give a lot of credit to the staff and Management. This is the place you want to always have your car repaired.
Unfortunately, I've had my BMW fixed a few times at other body shops and they weren't very good. Scottsdale Fix Auto was by far the best. They were extremely knowledgeable on how to repair my car. Their staff from receptionist all the way to the Manager were absolutely kind, professional and kept me well informed through the repairs. When I picked up my BMW I was being very picky and to be honest, I couldn't find anything wrong, it was fixed perfect. At least I know where to go if I get into another accident. Absolutely outstanding. The entire process was handled so professionally I thought they were so respectful with my wife and they were a bum and beyond and my wife’s CRV looks great! I would highly recommend fix auto Scottsdale!
