This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve had with a body shop. USAA directed me to a local repair facility for an estimate, so I chose this shop. When I arrived, I was told they couldn’t provide an estimate because I didn’t have an appointment. What was disappointing is that no one appeared busy, and nobody even offered to look at my vehicle or discuss the damage. Friendly and great communication
A great little place! I've never had to deal with any insurance claims and didn't know much, so when I brought my car in I thought they'd just ring me up and drive my car into their lot for later. The man who helped me-I forgot his name, was SUPER helpful. He asked questions and answered and explained my questions. They continued to contact me about progress and when the car should be ready. I had a very good experience with Fix auto. I worked with Ed and he was so easy to work with. He explained the process ant each step along the way, helped arrange the rental car and I just really felt like I was in good hands. I would recommend him and this company to anyone.
