The owner, Kien Dao, was good in explaining what needed to be done and their estimates were very competitive with the others I obtained from the other body shops. I found this shop through State farm's select service providers and am very happy with the outcome and process. The estimate was reasonable compared to other shops that I received quotes from. Kien was easy to work with and he even recommended choosing a rental car location that was right around the corner, making the drop off and pick up super easy.
