I’ve used this shoppe 3 times for repairs over the past few years - most recently last week. They do good work. And just as importantly, all the guys there are friendly, professional and have good communication. This excellent customer service is a rarity these days.
Excellent guidance from estimate, recommendations, to showroom quality work. Very organized and knowledgeable. Even a recommendation for another vendor to help complete the work onsite while they also did repairs, making it efficient and cost effective. Love the use of local vendors, community is strong here. Keep doing what your doing. Upfront and excellent pricing. TRUSTWORTHY for work I may need in the future.
Within a 4 week period, we had 2 separate auto accidents that required body work. The professionalism and service at Fix are simply peerless. The team is skilled, practical and efficient. Further, they are super friendly and kind people- a business I am happy to support.
Great work, great people.
