Professional and friendly. Great communication, they keep you informed during the entire process. I was rear-ended and they fixed the bumper perfectly. When I dropped off the car, the car rental car company took too long to pick me up that a Fix employee went the extra mile and drove me instead. Highly recommend if you ever need an auto body shop.
