Fix auto Salmon Arm has courteous and friendly customer service. I had my SUV door fixed there a while ago and they did a great job. Unfortunately the rubber seal had a bit of a defect and I went back more than a year later and they took care of it no problem. They also detailed my car free of charge because the first date we booked to fix my door seal didn’t end up working out due to an emergency in the shop. Great service, got some scratches out of the front bumper on my daughter's car. Looks great!
I had to get my car towed from Kamloops as repair shops in Kamloops are so backed up. Fix Auto Salmon Arm received my car that week and completed extensive repairs two weeks later. Staff were very helpful with updates along the way and explaining all the required insurance paperwork. They gave my car back in better condition than before the accident!
