Great customer service! I went in and showed fix auto a video clip of one of their loaner cars smashing it's door into my car and they polished out the paint mark, as requested. Great work, thanks!

Did not meet expectations. I could write the details of my experience but I'll give management a chance to contact me. The repair itself is fine. As a person with 10+ yrs in the autobody industry, the level of service I received was not up to the standard I would expect.
