I’ve had a lot of recent car issues lately but the people behind Ford will always make a bad situation into a good one. Honestly great customer service and big thanks to Victor for making the process easy.
I recently brought in my 2018 Ram for body and paint work, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. Victor provided excellent customer service from start to finish — he was professional, helpful, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the work was top-notch, and my truck looks brand new again. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone needing body or paint work!

Location manager was not only extremely knowledgeable but transparent and very much understanding of my mother’s situation. Mr. Mejia put together a repair proposal and assured it was completed in a timely matter while providing updates throughout the process. Quality of repairs were better then anticipated. Not to mention how Mr Mejia went above and beyond what he promised!
I had my explorer repaired and painted at Fritts ford collision center and the service was great ! Vehicle was completed in a timely manner and I was updated throughout the repair process. Completely satisfied !!! Great job …
