Great service quick and always provided updates
Joey with Fritts Ford is an amazing employee. They do not breed people like him anymore. His care for his work, he goes above and beyond for me. I’m a disabled veteran and I have been dealing with a strong vehicle, plus the same vehicle was hit. He has worked with me nearly 6 months now and he has been nothing but the best help period. I am giving a 1 star in order to be able to write review. Customer service from inception was a red flag. Being unable to determine if my vehicle was to be towed or not. Tow driver sent had no customer service and etiquette. My vehicle was not fixed by Fix Auto Riverside. All the red flags had me request alternative shop - Caliber Collision Riverside. A huge difference in customer service 100%
Recently, I was caught up in a sand storm in the Coachella Valley in my brand new Ranger Lariat. When I got home, my windshield, headlamps, and fog lamps had sand embedded in them. Needless to say, I was very upset! Every time we’ve taken our cars to Fritts Body Shop, the experience has been exceptional. On both occasions, they went above and beyond in their service. The management and team are highly professional and truly care about their work. Even though we live an hour away, it’s absolutely worth the drive knowing our vehicles are in such good hands.
