I just picked up my vehicle from Fix Auto Prince George after being in an accident, and I am incredibly happy with the results. Vehicle looks brand new—as if the accident never happened. The quality of the body work is flawless. The paint match is perfect, and all the panels were aligned exactly as they should be. What truly set them apart was the customer service. Had a fantastic experience with these folks. Communication was great, and work was fantastic. I had left my vehicle with them while I went on a trip. They had my vehicle ready for me the morning I got back, and went as far asdetaling it as well for me. Though I hope to not need body work again lol, if I ever do I will 100% be coming back to Fix Auto!
I brought my truck in for some exterior upgrades and couldn’t be happier with the results. Chose Fix Auto because they have Courtesy Cars. What I got was so much more. I contacted them for Claim in winter months while it was quite dark. They requested I bring the car in so they do a better assessment. When they had the parts they contacted me. I brought the car in on Monday had it back by Wednesday. I will use their services and recommend them when asked
