The staffs (I met a few men at the mechanic shed, drop off day and talked on the phone) are pretty nice and polite. No racism. The process is simple. No fuss at all. Picked up the car, very HAPPY as it is fixed and is very clean. Very good services! Don't expect a high class lounge in the visiting area.

Awesome from start to finish. Great on the phone, provided me with information that was relevant and were very open to me coming down to discuss with them my concerns. Felt heard and listened to and then provided accessible solutions to my problem. Honestly great team that went above and beyond. Following a car accident I was stressed and hadnt gone through the process of assessment and repair. Not keen on doing it again by any means but if youre stuck give these guys are honest and reliable. cheers izzy
