The guys at the front desk are amazing and very communicative throughout the ICBC claim process. They're super efficient without sacrificing quality and the quality is freaking impressive. Panels line up better than factory and the paint matching goes crazy.
I was able to arrange fixing my vehicle very quickly. The crew was friendly and efficient at checking me in. Arranged my replacement rental car and got me in the shop right away. The vehicle was finished right when they said it would be. But the most important thing is that the vehicle came out in perfect shape like it was new. Paint was excellent. Very impressive job. Friendly and informative group. Very happy with their work.

Good service, good job! Update: I was referred to them by Unlimited Driving Instruction, and have gone ever since. I am trying to avoid Stanley and Nav, but other drivers and a bear have me seeing them. I think my recent repair was my 4th incident. Admittedly the first side scrap was my misjudging parking near a pillar. The others - a bear in Maple Ridge attacked the window causing window and door damage for an orange that it didn't eat, an unparking driver drove into me and most recently a gravel truck went into my lane on ... read more
