Took our 2019 RAM 3500 in for a tailgate and bumper replacement after a recommendation from Maple Ridge Chrysler. Colour match and everything looked great. We even got a great deal on the tailgate liner. Once we got open and went to hit the power release on the tailgate, the tailgate came crashing open. When we complained that there was no longer a soft open the staff tried to tell us there was no such thing. He tried to tell us that there would need to be hydraulic assist shocks installed. I was nervous at first since i’ve never been here. Although, they were super sweet and provided me with a complimentary car since I still needed a car to go to work and home. Once I got to pick up my car, my car looked better than how I got it! They cleaned the interior and exterior, as well as the rear bumper (what I had fixed) was perfectly paint matched!!
Living in Pitt Meadows, I contacted Fix Auto regarding an ICBC claim. Called them on a Monday, had an appointment within an hour, Nav evaluated the damage, said the repairs would be done by Friday and I drove home in their courtesy car. My repairs were done by Wednesday! Not only does my Jeep look great but the inside was cleaned. ICBC figured it would take a couple of weeks for an appointment and then repairs.
