I had my 2018 Ford escape in for bodywork in November of 2025. Had gotten the car back shortly before Christmas of 2025. Days after I had the car returned to me the rear passenger bumper cover had become loose. I brought it back where they had done a "bumper realignment". I had the car in for service in March at Lally Ford in Tilbury Ontario. They accidentally scratched the paint. I was told it would be fixed at no charge. Outstanding customer service from Thaksaa and Kyle. Always friendly, organized and professional which is hard to find elsewhere. Price and time estimates were accurate. Workmanship was top notch and car was cleaned inside and out. Hope to never have another accident but good to know this place exists if it happens. Turned a very stressful situation into a positive one.
