My mon did a little boo boo on my 2022 Lexus and I took it to theses guys for a touch up after getting 3 quotes. My regular body man was $400 higher on the parts. Kyle was friendly and very professional and the job was done right. He quoted me a timeline and delivered on it so I would highly recommend taking your car her. I've seen comments about the receptionist being rude but I never experience any of that. Quirky yes but rude not at all.
This is not a professional company to deal with. I received a quote for car repairs totalling approximately $1,000. I kept getting the runaround to start the process to have the work done. Three weeks later, I am still waiting for the work to be done. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Wow! What a remarkable service and quality of job! I was bit hesitant honestly at first to leave my car with Fix Auto, both because it was going to be my very first experience with any auto body shop, so I tried to be very clear and specific with my expectations, and also due to some negative reviews I read about this shop confused me.
