Great service! Great repairs! I have no idea how this shop can get a bad rating! They are honest!
Quality of work was decent and front receptionist was great! However, their customer service and follow up from the service rep and production manager is horrific! The Service Rep promised a 4 day job for a fender bender and it took over 4 weeks to get my vehicle back completed. Also requested numerous call backs from the Production Manager which never came. I felt like I was chasing them down for answer after multiple broken promises. ** Consumers Beware ** I’d never take another vehicle back or refer anyone!
