I wish there were a 0-star option for this business. My vehicle was left with this shop for months, and instead of receiving proper repairs, I was met with repeated excuses, delays, and poor communication. After all that time, the vehicle still was not properly fixed. At a certain point, delays stop being understandable and start becoming unacceptable.
