Fix Auto Collision in Parksville is the place you hope you never need… but are very glad exists. Hector and his team absolutely saved us. Another body shop bailed on our tight January timeline at the last minute, and with a holiday coming up, we were scrambling. Fix Auto stepped in like pros — switched the ICBC paperwork, did the estimate, got approval, ordered parts, and made it all look easy. These guys are the best! Very reasonable, friendly and excellent workmanship. I thought my vehicle was unfixable and you can’t tell it had an issue now. I would very highly recommend Fix, you’ll be as elated as I am. Nobody asked for a review but I absolutely had to share!! 10 stars. Janet C

I was rear ended with severe damage to my new Audi. It only had 4,500 kms on it and I was concerned about having it repaired correctly. I am knowledgeable about collision repairs and Darryl and his specialist did a seamless repair that looked exactly as it came from the factory. It has been three years since the repair without a single incident. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
