Unbelievably helpful. Came to the shop just as it was closing with headlights out. Were helped by the kindest mechanic who stayed late and diagnosed the problem. Thanks to his caring about our safety we were back on the road before dark. Can’t thank him enough. Jenny & Jill
Fix Auto Collision in Parksville is the place you hope you never need… but are very glad exists. Hector and his team absolutely saved us. Another body shop bailed on our tight January timeline at the last minute, and with a holiday coming up, we were scrambling. Fix Auto stepped in like pros — switched the ICBC paperwork, did the estimate, got approval, ordered parts, and made it all look easy.
