If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I initially went to another auto shop (Assured Auto on Bank), and while their customer service was positive, I found they were not proactive and their timeline to resolve bordered on the absurd. It seemed to me they were over capacity. Prior to my visit, I had my vehicle inspected by my manufacture’s dealer which included a report with some very helpful information like the damage and parts needed. Honest, buying post-market parts where it makes sense, worked on my car til all was repaired or replaced.
Had my car in the shop for fixs for it back with my windshield washer fluid freezing and not spraying out brought it back to ensure that it was going to get fixed was told it was working after heating up... turns out the same cheap windshield washer fluid that clearly not made for our winters that is being used as I have never had my windshield washer fluid freeze untill bringing to this shop what's frustrating is them knowing the fluid froze and that was the problem but they kept the same liquid to let it freeze again this ... read more
