If I could give these guys 10 stars, I would! I initially went to another auto shop (Assured Auto on Bank), and while their customer service was positive, I found they were not proactive and their timeline to resolve bordered on the absurd. It seemed to me they were over capacity. Prior to my visit, I had my vehicle inspected by my manufacture’s dealer which included a report with some very helpful information like the damage and parts needed.
