After a collision, I brought my car here and the whole experience was smooth and stress free. The repairs were done professionally, the car looks great and they even took care of the rental car arrangements which made a big difference. Clear communication, solid work, and no hassle. If you’re in Ottawa and need collision repairs, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place.
I had some body work done and painting as part of an insurance claim. The work looks good and I saw no defects in the repairs. HOWEVER - the car was in no shape to be delivered to the customer (ME!). When I first approached the car I was surprised that it hadn't even been hosed down. It was dusty even on the parts just repaired. Ok not a big deal, just disappointing. Then I open the just-repaired rear door to discover a splatter of some kind of white powder on the seat, driver seat back, floor and door interior. What the hel... read more
