Extremely disappointed with my last servicing. We have the VIP package. Upon getting home I checked certain items and found that the drivers wiper blade was replaced with the wrong size and neither the engine nor cabin filters were inspected nor changed. I have included a photo of the cabin filter when I checked it myself. This is very unusual for this dealer so I am disappointed. It appears that the service was rushed instead of being thorough.
I give them zero stars. No good, job not complete. Staff didn't care and made everything my problem. Scratches all over not painted, batterie was dead and zero gas in the tank. I would never have brought my vehicle into this business unless told by insurance. Stay very clear. They dont care but 10 stars on the acting of the staff. Lol
If only i could give ZERO star, but we can't. My insurance sent me here for minor bumper and rad repairs. I've been without a vehicle for almost 7 weeks now with barely any communication. This was supposed to take 6 days!!! Apparently my insurance can't reach them, and parts are always back ordered. Funny thing, i called my dealership across the street, and they have 5 rads in stock...i could have walked one over. According to my insurance, parts will arrive next Thursday. Very disappointing experience. The staff at Fix Auto Orléans were rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful throughout my visit. Instead of assisting or explaining the process clearly, they showed a careless attitude and made the situation more stressful than it already was. Customer service was poor, and I felt disrespected. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting basic professionalism or support.
