If only i could give ZERO star, but we can't. My insurance sent me here for minor bumper and rad repairs. I've been without a vehicle for almost 7 weeks now with barely any communication. This was supposed to take 6 days!!! Apparently my insurance can't reach them, and parts are always back ordered. Funny thing, i called my dealership across the street, and they have 5 rads in stock...i could have walked one over. According to my insurance, parts will arrive next Thursday. Very disappointing experience. The staff at Fix Auto Orléans were rude, unprofessional, and extremely unhelpful throughout my visit. Instead of assisting or explaining the process clearly, they showed a careless attitude and made the situation more stressful than it already was. Customer service was poor, and I felt disrespected. I would not recommend this location to anyone expecting basic professionalism or support.
Amazing body shop, Karine at front desk was remarkable with the service she has provided from the time i walked in up to the pick up date. she is truly a gem. And most importantly, The body shop restored my vehicle to its original state and i’m grateful for it. Thank you.
I took my car in after a rear bumper collision as suggested by my insurance company. The car was supposed to be repaired within 3 days but apparently they needed to source and replace a damaged sensor, adding on a couple more days. At the time I was in the process of moving out of Ottawa and ensured they knew my time frame. Well time rolled on. 5days became 10. I called every day for updates and basically got a runaround. I've been here twice now (rear ended twice) in the last year and I think this place is great. As the face of the company, Karine was awesome in helping me out and answering all my questions and keeping me updated with the repairs. Always friendly and easy to talk to (and reach!), I really appreciate her professionalism, and the workmanship of the crew is top notch. My cars look brand new thanks to their work!
