I have had 2 different experiences with this business. The first one was great but it was a private pay and not insurance funded. Was great customer service kept me updated on the repairs and delay. Would have given them 5 stars. 2nd experience we brought a vehicle in due to an accident and it was an approved shop for our insurance. The whole group was very helpful,knowledgeable. They were communicative the whole time my car was in their shop. And had my car back to me a day early then they said. Thank you Joe and the whole group at fix auto. I would recommend to my friends family and anyone reading this.
Fix it was AMAZING! Turned a difficult thing of an accident into something bearable They were professional, and timely. They always called with updates and were so friendly. I hope to not need this service again but I would definitely recommend and use them again
