I was assigned Fix Auto by my insurance company, so I didn't know what to expect for quality or service, but was quite pleased in every respect. Staff (especially Coreen) was friendly and helpful in guiding me through the different steps needed to get the repairs done, which were accomplished on schedule and beautifully done. I am very pleased with the entire experience!
I cannot express my level of gratitude for the team at Fix Auto Orange. I was dealing with a highly stressful auto repair situation at a different location in Anaheim and was forced to switch to this Orange location mid-crisis. I was extremely impressed with this Fixx Autobody’s level of care and service. Although my SUV ended up being totaled by my insurance company, I received much care from Leslie - one of their service writers. The facility was clean and organized. I would not hesitate to use them in the future!
They did a fantastic job fixing my bumper after being rearended. Clean work.
