After my truck was rear ended and repaired here. I returned to have the tailgate adjusted because it would not stay closed and appeared to not latch on to driver side where it had taken a hit. I was told that the internal latches were defective and a wherable part so not covered under the repair. It worked fine before it was hit.....forced to inspect this myself.
