After my truck was rear ended and repaired here. I returned to have the tailgate adjusted because it would not stay closed and appeared to not latch on to driver side where it had taken a hit. I was told that the internal latches were defective and a wherable part so not covered under the repair. It worked fine before it was hit.....forced to inspect this myself. Well had some body work done, about 4 years ago. Paint and repair job was fine. Except for the greasy oil hand print that was left inside interior roof. The rental car provided was filthy, looked like construction crew just returned. Had another paint job set up for new repair. Thought why not maybe last visit was fluke. Nope drop off car for repair, and wait 30 minutes while they drop off rental. Turns out they wont deliver rental till your there, so enjoy the wait.
