I am a little nervous giving this review because this company acts like mafia But I feel the need for people to know who are local scammers are!!!! My recent repair was supposed to be $6000 however when I went into collect the car, it was very close to $10,000 plus HST They tried to explain that they had to increase the price because there was additional work that had to be done, and upon reviewing what the extra was, it was for one headlight $3500. Best repair shop around. Always goes above and beyond. Recently they fixed my fender and even cleaned my front floor mats. Rob and Sawyer’s customer service is superb and unmatched. Hopefully I won’t be back soon, but if something happens in the future, I’ll be back.

I picked up my car from Fix Auto Northumberland today after having my front bumper repaired, and the level of service and attention to detail was incredible. My car looks amazing, they helped arrange a rental car for the two days my car was in the shop, and they even took the time to professionally detail the inside, which was completely unexpected. Chelsea and the Fix Auto team has been such a pleasure to deal with, and I will definitely be recommending Fix Auto Northumberland to friends and family.
I took my 24 traverse there for a small scratch and gouge in the front lower part of the fender.Chelsea looked at it and emailed me a quote and booked my appt right away..she went out of her way to help me...couldn't be happier keep up the excellent work guys!!!
