Highly recommend. Fast, efficient and excellent paint and body work. Colin was very effective in giving a reasonable estimate and they stick to their promised schedule.
This team is the absolute best! Pricing is more than fair and work is incredible. I took my car in here twice; once for damage to the trunk and the second transfer and dent to the driver side panel. Collin is very knowledgeable and buffed out what he could on the spot. I’ve gotten multiple quotes in the Scottsdale area for both situations and again, returned to Collin at Fix Auto for the service. I will never go anywhere else!
They apply poor quality wrap and blackout and will refuse to stand by it, offering zero warranty. It's not a surprise since if you get the work inspected by another shop they will tell you that it was done incorrectly and is doomed to fail with the poor quality of application. Edit: since the owner is trying to shift blame... I've had 3 other shops asses the work done, all of which have stated that it was done against best practices (like not priming before painting), with poor quality materials, and done below any standard ... read more
Absolutely terrible experience. I walked into this auto collision shop after being in an accident, expecting basic professionalism. Instead, I was met with a rude unprofessional managers.The moment I mentioned I have GEICO, he immediately cut me off and said they don’t work with them. Which is crazy by itself because that’s one of the largest insurance companies in the US and when I tried to explain that I still wanted a quote so I could consider paying out of pocket, he wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence.
