Colin did a fantastic job repairing our Lexus SUV. He did exactly what he said he would do and his estimate was extremely precise. Shop dog Ruby is a sweetie and big bonus! Highly recommend this shop.
Amazing customer service. Great work and quick turn around. They even helped put a panel back on my daughter's car when she dropped me off to pick my car up. I didn't even asked, they just offered and fixed it for her on the spot.
I am giving this shop one star solely because the actual repair work was well done. However, the experience overall was extremely disturbing and not something I would wish on anyone. The owner has a very short fuse and was extremely aggressive during our visit. While I understand everyone can have a bad day, his behavior crossed a line- he became so volatile that he early came to blows with a 70 years old man in the parking lot. We had to call the police.
