Felicia at Fix It Auto is absolutely amazing! She was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. She took the time to explain the repairs clearly, was honest about pricing, and made the whole process stress-free. It’s hard to find customer service like this these days. I highly recommend them!
